1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. You will receive an email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

Local/Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days International (if available): 10–20 business days. These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Any additional charges like customs duties (for international orders) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number (if available) so you can follow your package.

5. Delivery Issues

Bros Fashion is not responsible for:

Delays caused by courier companies. Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Lost or stolen packages after delivery. Customs delays (for international orders)

If your package is delayed, you may contact the courier with your tracking number.

6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If an incorrect address is provided:

We cannot guarantee order correction after processing. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number, Photos of the damaged product and package. We will assist you based on our Refund/Return Policy.
